Known as the ‘Bank of Presidents’, this iconic building has undergone a complete transformation. Respecting the buildings storied history, the Lore Group have designed a hotel that captures the unique past whilst confidently speaking to a new generation of travellers.
Rochdale Spears Projects in partnership with The Cardy Group worked directly with Lore Designers, Jacu Strauss and Caitriona O’Sullivan to create a range of bespoke furniture pieces and lighting fixtures that reflect the hotel’s unique heritage and contemporary design.
With 181 Guest Rooms and Suites, Rochdale Spears Projects team created the beautiful ‘in-room’ mini bar; each exquisitely branded with a Hand Cast Riggs Logo and a faux lock detail. Craftsmen expertly wrapped fabric panels for each headboard which aligned to the bespoke wall coverings. Other pieces included a simple but beautifully designed TV unit as well as a charming Oak with Brass hardware stationary box. In the grand entrance and lobby areas, our team of craftsmen created a range of bespoke lighting fixtures including chandeliers, with matching wall sconces and table lamps.

Arsenis Kontogouris is a Beauty Farms professional and Cosmetic Medical and a Spa & Wellness expert with 30 years of experience in Beauty Farms, Hotel & Resort development, Hotel operations, Hotel asset management, Spa design and implementation and Spa management.
Since September 1992 he have been occupied with Strategic Developments in Marketing, Sales and Directing in the fields of Spa, Beauty farms, Fitness & Wellness, Medical Spa & Medical Tourism. His experience and knowledge in these areas, allows him to believe that his associates and him can consider a project in the Hospitality Industry of any scale.
The total ‘’well-being’’ project is born from the experience of the spa, beauty farm, fitness & medical health club profectionist Arsenis Kontogouris with the collaboration of a qualified team of spa, fitness an medical specialists.

Heidi has spent several years building her skills in interior design and concept consultancy for spas and wellness spaces. Her creativity gives her a unique perspective to the interior ambiance of a spa. She also developed expertise in floating and coordinates the Float Spa division. Currently is developing the new subsidiary of ExclusivelySpa in the Nordic Region.

Dragana Marjanovic has worked in the luxury spa and beauty industry for 15 years. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for perfection helped her develop expertise in beauty care, technology and product innovations. For a number of years she worked as a trainer for international brands such as Valmont, Elemis, Sothys, Biologique Recherche, Medik8 Skincare, Biotechnology, Dr Murad and Litya.
Her creative talent and passion for customer care and strong organisational skills earned her a position within ExclusivelySpa where she worked initially as spa opening manager for luxury hotel spas and then in spa concept design, development & implementation, operational strategy, services programming, pre-opening planning and quality control. As Spa Director in charge of a number of Spas under management, she always delivered award winning spas and profitable spa businesses.

Adrian Smith is a Project Manager of 35 years experience in the luxury interior fit out of hotels, private residences and palaces worldwide. His attention to detail and insistence for the very best detailing and quality is evident in the many projects successfully completed over the years.
Building on his vast experience Adrian is now a valuable member of the ExclusivelySpa Team with the responsibility to oversee the ExclusivelyHotels Brand and Spa Projects implementation.

Chris Anastassiou is a tourism and hospitality professional and a spa & wellness expert with 35 years of experience in hotel & resort development, hotel operations, hotel asset management, spa design and implementation and spa management.
His unwavering pursuit of quality placed him in senior leadership roles in the luxury hotel sector creating an impressive track record as GM and MD of international hotel, travel & tourism companies. In 2012 Chris created a company serving the Hospitality Industry, focusing on the spa & wellness sector within hotels & resorts and subsequently on luxury hotel furnishings. Currently Chris also is an Associate Director of Horwath HTL, Cyprus participating in Hotel and Tourism consultancy projects and CEO of AM2 Hospitality Ltd, a Horwath HTL, Health and Wellness Partner.
